Can offshore reps actually sell to Western buyers?
This is the most common concern we hear and it is a fair one. Not every offshore rep can do this, which is exactly why our vetting process is built around that specific bar. Every candidate goes through a role-specific assessment evaluated by people who have spent over 20 years managing GTM teams. We are looking for fluency, confidence, objection handling, and the ability to hold a professional conversation with a discerning buyer. The candidates who do not clear that bar do not make the shortlist.
What happens if a rep underperforms after placement?
On the Managed Teams model, our Team Manager monitors performance on an ongoing basis so underperformance is flagged early, not discovered at a quarterly review. If a rep is not meeting agreed standards within the first 90 days, we replace them at no charge. After 90 days our Team Manager works the performance issue directly through coaching. You will always know before a problem becomes critical.
How quickly can you place a rep?
We typically present a shortlist of qualified candidates within 7 to 10 business days of receiving a brief. We maintain a warm pipeline of pre-vetted candidates specifically so we are not starting from zero when a client brief arrives.
Are you a competitor to recruitment agencies?
Not at all. Recruitment agencies help businesses fill seats. GoRevaro helps businesses build and run their revenue engine. We work exclusively across GTM functions, and we go further than placement.
